We are reopening our Sparks and Reno retail stores on Monday, June 1, 2020, at 9am. We want to make sure you have the opportunity to redeem all the bouquets your card entitles you to, so we will be extending the end redemption/expiration date for all months missed due the COVID-19 store closures for all active cards.

EXAMPLE: Your active card entitles you to redeem one monthly bouquet through August 2020 and you did not redeem bouquets in April or May 2020 due to the COVID-19 store closures. In this case, your card will be extended two months and will then entitle you to redeem one monthly bouquet through October 2020.

You must visit our Sparks or Reno retail stores during the month of June 2020 to receive the extension. Any cards that expired before March 2020 are not eligible for the extension. Any cards that were not activated by March 2020 are not eligible for the extension. A maximum of three months will be extended for bouquets not redeemed for March, April, and/or May 2020. All other terms and conditions of the card are still in effect (as listed on the bottom of your card) and if you miss an extension month it will be forfeited and cannot be made up.

When our retail stores reopen on June 1, redemptions will be limited to one bouquet per card per month and we will not be able to allow you to "make up" all missed months at one time. This will ensure that we have enough bouquets available so that all of our cardholders will be able to receive a lovely bouquet when they visit.
