I received a lovely bouquet of flowers from Sparks Florist last month. I was disappointed to notice that two stems of flowers were past their prime and should not have been used. I discarded them within a few days and sent the pink post card back to you with a note. I didn't think is was a big deal, and let the matter go after that.
Today, I received a 2nd even more beautiful bouquet from Sparks Florist with an apology for the past, slight, bouquet issue! I am so surprised and so appreciative of Sparks Florist, the people who work there, and the business practices I grew up with and still believe in.
Thank you so very much for the really beautiful flowers and renewing my faith in a business still doing business above and beyond what is called for. I am certainly a Sparks Florist customer now!!

This was my on-line first purchase through your florist. We all pitched in to buy flowers for a staff member who is undergoing cancer treatment. She received the flowers in a timely manner and found the bouquet as strikingly beautiful. She sent a picture and they were more beautiful than the picture on your website. I last spoke with her on Tuesday, 10 days after she received the flowers, and they still looked great.
