I received a lovely bouquet of flowers from Sparks Florist last month. I was disappointed to notice that two stems of flowers were past their prime and should not have been used. I discarded them within a few days and sent the pink post card back to you with a note. I didn't think is was a big deal, and let the matter go after that.
Today, I received a 2nd even more beautiful bouquet from Sparks Florist with an apology for the past, slight, bouquet issue! I am so surprised and so appreciative of Sparks Florist, the people who work there, and the business practices I grew up with and still believe in.
Thank you so very much for the really beautiful flowers and renewing my faith in a business still doing business above and beyond what is called for. I am certainly a Sparks Florist customer now!!

I wanted to tell you thank you for the wonderful job you did for me. My daughter was married in Reno and we live in Oregon. I telephoned your store for help with flowers and I worked with Terri over the phone. I didn't see the flowers until they arrived for the wedding. They were very beautiful. I brought my daughters flowers home with me on the plane - they lasted for almost 2 full weeks! Terri was wonderful. Thanks for a great job.
