Reservations, payment and cancellation:
  • A $75.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date/time of your party.
  • A full Birthday Party Agreement outlining all of your party details must be signed and returned prior to the start of your party. (This will be emailed to you)
  • Once your party has been booked, we are unable to refund your deposit. If you reschedule before your original party date for a new date, your deposit will transfer.
  • Your party package is for a specific number of children. The cost is $200.00 (base cost without any extras) up to 8 children and $25.00 for each additional child. 
  • Final payment is due at the end of your party before you leave the Floral Design Center.

Special notes:
  • Outside entertainment (i.e. Clowns, magicians, pinatas, character appearances, etc.) is not permitted without prior express written consent of Sparks Florist.
  • If party does not start within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, we may have to cancel. In the event of a cancelation, we cannot refund the cost of the party.
  • You are welcome to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages for your guests.
  • The party area has a sink and refrigerator for your use during the party.
