Reservations, payment and cancellation:
- A $75.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date/time of your party.
- A full Birthday Party Agreement outlining all of your party details must be signed and returned prior to the start of your party (this will be emailed to you).
- Once your party has been booked, we are unable to refund your deposit. If you reschedule before your original party date for a new date, your deposit will transfer.
- Your party package is for a specific number of children. The cost is $300.00 (minimum base cost without any extras) for up to 8 children and $35.00 for each additional child. All children participating must be a minimum age of 7 years old.
- Final payment is due at the end of your party before you leave the Floral Design Center.
- Outside entertainment (i.e. Clowns, magicians, pinatas, character appearances, etc.) is not permitted without prior express written consent of Sparks Florist.
- If party does not start within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, we may have to cancel. In the event of a cancelation, we cannot refund the cost of the party.
- You are welcome to bring food and non-alcoholic beverages for your guests.
- The party area has a sink and refrigerator for your use during the party.
