Sparks Florist mails the physical card directly to the purchaser's home or they can choose to pickup the card at one of the 3 Sparks Florist locations. During online checkout, simply select whether you prefer free USPS delivery to your mailbox or free in-store pickup.

What happens if I miss a month? +
Bouquets must be picked up during their designated calendar month and do not roll over or accumulate. It serves as a joyful monthly ritual to visit the flower shop, refresh your desk or kitchen counter, or share a fresh bouquet with someone you love.
How does the redemption period work? +
Your card is active for 12 consecutive calendar months starting from the month of your first bouquet pickup. You receive one fresh bouquet per calendar month. (Redemptions are briefly paused during peak holiday periods like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day to maintain bench fulfillment standards; please consult sparksflorist.com for exact seasonal dates).
