The Northern Nevada Health Systems Auxiliary is a brand new volunteer organization dedicated to the emotional well-being of patients and their families.

While our health system provides exceptional medical care, our volunteers focus entirely on the deeply personal, human touch—bringing therapy pets to anxious patients, establishing volunteer concierge services, and providing specialized comfort equipment for families waiting in the ICU.

Where exactly does the money go?
When you purchase a $50 card, $15 is donated to the Northern Nevada Health Systems Auxiliary to fund our patient comfort initiatives like therapy pets, volunteer concierge services, and ICU comfort items. The remaining amount covers the cost for Sparks Florist® to provide you with a fresh bouquet every month for a year.
How do I get my physical card?
Sparks Florist® mails the physical card directly to your home, or you can choose to pick up the card at one of the 3 Sparks Florist® locations.
Can I buy this as a gift?
Absolutely. The physical card makes a stunning, intentional gift for a friend, teacher, or loved one who deserves a reason to stop and enjoy a moment to themselves every month.
What if I miss a month? Do the flowers roll over?
No, the bouquets must be picked up during their respective month. Think of it as a gentle, mandatory reason to pause your busy schedule and treat yourself (or someone else) at least once every 30 days.

You can redeem your monthly bouquet at any of the three Sparks Florist® locations across Reno and Sparks. Just bring your card!
