Temporary Floral Delivery Driver - Valentine's Day 2026

Compensation: $15.00/hour + $50.00 Vehicle Bonus (Upon successful completion of day)

Position Overview

Help Us Deliver Love This Valentine's Day! We are looking for temporary drivers to join our team for the busiest (and happiest) day of the year. As a Delivery Driver, you are the final touch in the creation of unforgettable moments, ensuring our beautifully crafted floral arrangements  arrive safely to bring joy to our customers. You are a key part of our commitment to customer service and satisfaction, representing our brands as you interact with our customers. 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all floral arrangements are delivered promptly and in pristine condition to our customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers both in person and via phone or text, ensuring their needs are met and any questions are answered.
• Efficiently plan and follow the delivery routes provided via our delivery app to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining fuel consumption.
• Proficiently use computers and smart phones to manage deliveries, update orders, and communicate with the team.

What You Need

• You MUST have a reliable SUV, Van, or Minivan. (Sedans and compact cars generally cannot accomodate the volume arrangements require).
• Must be available for the full day on Saturday, February 14, 2026.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• Smart phone (iOS or Android) to use our delivery routing app.
• Proof of current insurance for your vehicle.
• Valid registration for your vehicle.
• Valid bank account for direct deposit for payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Previous delivery experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate efficiently.
• Basic vehicle maintenance awareness. 
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple deliveries while maintaining a high level of service. 
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.

Compensation:

• Qualified candidates will be paid $15.00 per hour
• Drivers using their own qualifying vehicle (SUV/Van) who complete their full assigned day will receive an additional $50.00 bonus for the day to cover fuel and vehicle use.
