With a biology degree and paralegal certificate from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on healthcare, she previously served as the Director of Legal for Northern Nevada's largest trauma II hospital. This background makes her a natural expert in processes, organization, and data interpretation, skills she now brings to the family business.

Sara is always on the hunt for new software and AI solutions that solve pressure points. Her love for thorough testing ensures that every technological tool implemented is a perfect fit.

Above all, Sara is a dedicated wife and a fierce "mama bear" to her two children. They are her top priority, and she moves mountains to protect and raise them with care, ethics, and no-nonsense standard. Her parting words to them, after "I love you," are always "make good choices."
